About Synexens

Synexens is a subsidiary of SPARC (Wuxi xichanweixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd) specializing in the research and production of dToF chips and iToF solutions, providing a full range of services from chip design, module firmware, optical design, to production calibration. The team has rich experience in semiconductor and optical industries, with key designers coming from well-known high-tech companies such as Qualcomm, NXP, ON Semiconductor, Huawei, ZTE, TSMC, and SMIC.

The products mainly include D-ToF chips and i-ToF modules, which have been widely recognized and applied in laser ranging, obstacle avoidance, and SLAM mapping of sweeping robots. Currently, the company has research and development teams in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Germany, and Italy, as well as sales and after-sales teams in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
